We recommend offering 5-10 designs for the best flow and experience. We can accommodate anywhere from 1-color to 3-color designs, and the more colors involved, the more creative we get to make it work. There are tons of variations—we’ve seen (and printed) it all! Not quite—but we keep it interactive! Attendees get to choose from a selection of pre-made designs and pick their merch style (hoodies, t-shirts, hats, bandanas, etc.) to make it their own. This keeps the printing process smooth, the lines moving fast, and everyone walking away with fresh, custom event swag. We roll in with the full setup—this isn’t some tiny tabletop operation! We need at least a 12x12 space to work our magic. That’s because we bring a real-deal screen printing press, a dryer, ink storage, screen storage, and all of our inventory. Our setup includes a decked-out tent (yep, we add lights and tapestries for extra flair) and two 6-ft tables to keep things running smoothly. Get a feel for our setup below:

Print time depends on a few key factors—design complexity, color count, and whether we’re printing on one side or both. On average, it takes about 3-5 minutes per shirt when switching between designs. If we’re printing the same shirt over and over (like at corporate events), we can move faster—about 15 seconds to load and print each one—but the dryer still takes about a minute per side. With the right setup, we can print around 60-120 shirts an hour, but factors like the number of designs and colors can impact speed. Our priority? Yep, we do need power to keep the prints flowing! Our setup requires a single-phase 110V connection with two separate 20-amp circuits. This keeps our press, dryer, and other equipment running smoothly. Other than that, we just need our 12x12 space and a solid spot to set up right at the heart of the action. We’re based in Missouri but love hitting the road! Our main stomping grounds include Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, but we’re always open to traveling further for the right event. In fact, we pack up and head to Wisconsin twice a year!
